Listing details for 1860 S Kio St, Watkins, CO 80137 : Great opportunity to own a peaceful, 20 acre property at the end of a dead-end road, with convenient access to I-70, or Watkins Road to take a quick trip into town. This land has a great, flat front area where the main home, carport, and large barn are located. Flat with some nice rolling hills on the back acreage. Home and barn will need to be cleaned out by the buyer as the seller is unable to. With clean-up and renovations, the home is very functional, with 2-3 bedrooms on the main level plus a basement. An enclosed back patio looks out east over the acreage. The enormous barn would be perfect for equipment, storage, or if used as a horse property. Major work just done to septic system with permit. Mineral rights are included with the sale. There is currently a contract on the land for oil and gas that will transfer with the property. Payments fluctuate based on production - not a big money-maker, but a little bit of income. Fix this one up or start from scratch! Home and property sold strictly as-is.
