Denver metro figures from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and REcolorado cover the 11-county Denver metro area; the Colorado Association of REALTORS seven-county figures and the Census Bureau's Denver-Aurora-Centennial metro use slightly different boundaries, so their numbers do not match exactly. Each stat lists its own geography and period.
