2937 Baltimore Ave Pueblo, CO 81008

Listing details for 2937 Baltimore Ave, Pueblo, CO 81008 : This ranch-style home with 3 bedrooms has a fantastic floor plan, but it could use some improvements. However, it does have an updated electrical panel, furnace, and water heater. The property sits on a corner lot, surrounded by trees and well-established landscaping, such as lilacs, roses, honeysuckle, and juniper bushes. The location is convenient, with schools, a park, a daycare across the street, and nearby grocery stores. The property also includes RV parking and a fenced-in dog pen located in front of the garage. The garage is currently being used as a workshop, but it could easily be converted to a functional garage. The owner said there are Hardwood Floors under the Carpeting, has added Blown in insulation to the attic and there are Plaster Ceilings above the drop ceiling. She was not happy when her husband covered them up!
