Listing details for 41255 Funk Rd, Ramah, CO 80832 : This property is a large single family farmhouse built in 1909. Subsequently, prior to building permits being required, owner began extensive remodeling to turn the home into a duplex. The zoning A-35 would permit a legal duplex pending the removal of the old mobilehome on the property. There are approximately 100 mature evergreen trees on the property and a stately old 2 story barn. The property is not currently financeable in it's current unfinished condition. The property though built without permits appears to have been done with a reasonable degree of craftsmanship, and could be completed into a very nice property.
