Listing details for 1179 S Gilbert St, Castle Rock, CO 80104 : My name is Gilbert but you can call me Gil and well, I’m a condo, actually I’m a beautiful end unit condo. Let me tell you a little bit about myself….I have 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths & no stairs…100% main floor living! Step into my living room with built in shelves, pottery barn colors, new paint throughout, natural sunlight, smart light switches, ceiling fan, large coat closet and views of the green belt! My gourmet kitchen features crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with undermount sink, breakfast bar, canned lighting, large window above the sink and new wood plank vinyl flooring which extends out to the dining room! I don't mean to go on about myself but honestly, I have never felt so alive! The bathrooms are remodeled with new flooring, cabinets, light fixtures and paint! Master bedroom is very spacious with en suite full bath and plenty of closet space! Stackable washer and dryer is included! Exterior storage available! Sit back at the end of a long day on my quiet back patio and enjoy the beauty and peace of nature! The best part about me is my location! It is up and coming…Hot! Hot! Hot! I am close to walking trails, dog and ball parks, Douglas Cty Fairgrounds and Downtown Castle Rock where everyone goes on the weekends to eat, shop and party! The bad thing is I can’t go anywhere but I watch everyone drive, bike and walk by heading to these fun places! I'm told I am the absolute lowest price for a nice condo in Castle Rock….probably all of Douglas cty! Great schools! Low HOA which includes water and sewer! Nice neighbors! Plenty of parking for guests! Located between Denver & Colorado Springs! Easy access to I-25! I’m trying to be humble here but dang, I’m amazing!!!
