From Peak To Peak Hwy take Gamble Gulch Rd 0.2 mi then Slight right onto Lower Travis Gulch Rd 0.3 mi, then Slight left to stay on Lower Travis Gulch Rd 0.7 mi, turn right at directional sign and take Little Gem 0.3 mi to house. The buyer had a water test done and was not happy with the analysis. I’m hoping to get a copy of the test results and install any appropriate filtration Asap.
