Listing details for 420 S Cedar St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 : Won't take much to turn this great little property by Prospect Lake into home sweet home. Situated on a quiet street in a well-established neighborhood, this home is perfect for you or as an investment property. Good sized living room, separate dining area and roomy kitchen plus main level bedroom and full bath are all on the main level. Upstairs attic is a great second bedroom -- big enough for your bed, dresser and nightstand as well as a desk or reading chair. There's even a little covered balcony! Check out some original architectural interests like scooped archways. The kitchen has all sorts of surprises like a built-in butler's pantry, skylight, original stained glass, a neat little kitchen alcove that was probably for smaller fridges back in the day and additional pantry cabinets in the hall off the kitchen. Not included in square footage is a sizeable cellar where included washer, dryer and mechanical are located. Seller can share current inspection report and quote to replace the electrical panel. Garage was removed from property to expand the back yard into a peaceful oasis that includes a firepit.
