508 Iris Dr Colorado Springs, CO 80911

Listing details for 508 Iris Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80911 : Welcome back to a time where yellow countertops, wood paneling and pastel bathrooms were groovy! The bones may have been updated over time but the finishes never were. The kitchen is truly the hub of this home with a passthrough view to the entryway on one side, access to garage and FROG (finished room above garage) on another wall, open to large dining room on the third side and sharing a two-sided wood-burning fireplace with the living area through the fourth wall. The dining area has a mid-century modern feel to the design with a sliding glass door to the covered patio and backyard. The living room has wood paneling, built-in shelves and an original light fixture that is too cool for school. Three bedrooms (one with its own private bath) and the main bath are nestled together at one end of the house. Above the garage is a large finished room with vaulted ceiling and built-in shelving formerly used as an in-home office before working from home was a thing. A true renovator's delight. Don't delay, check this one out today!
