Listing details for 604 Castle Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 : Amazing Westside rancher. This is not an ordinary flip. The sellers were doing this project for themselves and circumstances changed. They took the entire roof structure off and took the house down to the studs. All new windows, plumbing, furnace, vaulted ceilings and a 10-foot slider out to a steel-framed deck with one of the most extraordinary Pikes Peak views in the City. Even the layout is updated with an expansive master suite and closet. Laundry on the main floor and in the basement. The front and rear yards are nicely xeriscaped. Full remodel plans are available for review and were permitted through PPRBD. Everything is done well– even egress windows in the basement. Oversize detached two-car garage enters from the alley with extra parking behind the fence. This location is phenomenal. Walk to Old Colorado City, bike through the Garden of the Gods, bus downtown or to Manitou Springs. Or you can just sit on the deck and relax in the shadow of America's Mountain.
