You'll be charmed by the 'cabin feel' as you enter the front door and walk into the cozy knotty pine living room with stone floor to ceiling fireplace! The large window and skylight keep it bright and inviting. Original structure built in 1955; more recent addition of lower level dining room, office/bdrm, laundry area & large covered deck. House has central air, forced air gas heat & 2 ceiling fans. Fireplace is currently capped, but can be restored to a working fpl! Barn built in 2006 and used as fiber arts studio, for various classes and retail yarns, fibers and accessories, as well as custom dying and spinning fiber. Seller has used property as a rental since purchasing it in 2004. The originally installed electric heat system in the barn is no longer active on the main level, but is still active on the lower level as added heat source. There is a forced air gas furnace that heats the entire building. The water heater in the barn is electric. Behind the stall doors you could find llamas, or horses...or perhaps you'd rather have 'horse-power' and convert this lower space to house your cars and other riding toys - jeeps, bikes, quads and snow mobiles! So many possibilities...SEE IT, DREAM IT, DO IT! After all, behind this is the rest of the 5 acre property with room to trail ride, run quads and when winter hits...get out the snow mobiles! Perfect location for home business. Live in house and turn the barn into work place! All this without EVER leaving HOME! There is still work in progress in the back area of the property, removing burned trees, improving access road and some leveling and reseeding. Equipment belongs to company doing this work! Fresh paint in house...ready to move in. Easy to show!
