The house sits on a corner lot and has a detached one car garage and space for off street parking in front of the garage. The house was renovated back in 2013 when current owner purchased the property - those renovations included 42" cabinets in kitchen, new countertops, high end gas stove, vinyl windows, completely remodeled bathroom, new roof, and new furnace. The current owner had some electrical updates completed back in 2017, and a new sewer line installed from the basement to the street, with clean out drains in the back yard and side yard.
