Redstone Park Highlands Ranch: Sports Fields and Trails

I'm Brian Lee Burke, and I've been a REALTOR since 2003. Redstone Park is one of the biggest parks in Highlands Ranch, and buyers often ask about homes near it. Here's what's there and what homes nearby cost, using MLS data I pulled on October 29, 2026.

What's at Redstone Park

Redstone Park covers roughly 53 acres on the west side of Highlands Ranch and opened in 2000. It has sports fields, ball fields, tennis courts, a playground and a pond, and the Highlands Ranch Metro District's parks service center is at 3280 Redstone Park Circle.

Trails Nearby

The Metro District manages more than 70 miles of trails across Highlands Ranch. Westridge Recreation Center, one of the four HRCA rec centers, is at 9650 Foothills Canyon Blvd. See Highlands Ranch homes near trails.

What Homes Cost

Redstone Park sits in ZIP 80129, where the median home sold for $670,000 over the 12 months ending October 28, 2026. Across Highlands Ranch, the median was $705,000, and only 225 homes were for sale on October 29, 2026.

Living Next to a Busy Park

Homes that back to or face a large park get views and quick access, along with game-day parking, lights and noise. Visit on a weekend afternoon and a weekday evening before you buy, and check the HRCA and sub-association rules for the street.
