Listing details for 5075 Shoup Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80908 : This 3.58-acre Black Forest property presents an incredible homebuilding opportunity. Remodeling was underway on the 1898 home before illness stopped work. The historic home features hardwood floors, a vintage wood stove, brick chimney(s), stained-glass window(s) and more. A sale can include tools and building supplies for continuing the remodel. The older mobile home attached to the original house is a habitable fixer-upper useful as on-site living quarters during construction. Located across from Black Forest Reg'l Park. If a new owner prefers to clear the property and build a new home, the parcel already has a septic system and well in place, as well as full perimeter fencing and power, phone and natural-gas service. There are multiple outbuildings, including a detached one-car garage. The property is wooded with some open meadows, and was untouched by the fires of recent years.
