Listing details for 3660 Ranch Gate Ct, Castle Rock, CO 80104 : This exclusive, one of a kind, custom home site resides in the privately gated community of Sellers Creek. The neighborhood has stunning high-value homes that compliment (but not intrude) giving an impressive and sought after locale. Sellers Creek consists of 30 home sites over 370 acres! This stunning 4.11 acre lot features a sprawling ridge property with striking unobstructed Easterly views. The property is surrounded by an additional 12+ areas of open space with no adjacent property lines. The lot is gently sloping and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has mature and beautiful Ponderosa Pine Trees, an abundance of full-grown scrub oak, and stunning native Colorado wild flowers in the Spring. The property is also home to migrating elk, mule deer, hummingbirds and other wildlife. The current owners have invested countless hours bringing the property to a ready-to-build state along with architectural renderings and permits. The design of the home gives way to a custom contemporary "glass laden" look to take full advantage of the encompassing views. The blueprint also nestles the home deep into the Pondera Pines to bring forward the true feeling of a modern Colorado home. Sellers Creek permits you to bring your own builder and supporting services. There is no timeframe mandate to build. You are allowed up to three separate structures on the property. Soil and well permits are included. The architectural plans are available for purchase outside of the sale of the land. This is the only property available in Sellers Creek. It is truly a very rare find for those looking for a naturally spacious modern rural feel but only 10 minutes from I-25 and all of life’s necessities. Because it is a gated community Buyer must be accompanied by Buyer's agent.
