Serenity is a word that you'll get used to using when describing this setting. A fire destroyed the interior, leaving a structurally sound foundation, concrete walls and Eco triple pane windows. There's a huge stamped concrete patio and pathway that extends along the southern and easterly side of the home. Just beyond, is a gas fire pit which is near a rock outcropping, this is the perfect location to enjoy those gorgeous Colorado sunsets. Two geodesic dome green houses are interconnected with a central walkway. These 30' geodesic greenhouses which are 15' in height come with new covers. One has professional artificial turf and the other has an aquaponics tank. On these domes you will also find French drains, solar lights, solar fans, and massive concrete deadman blocks that create a perimeter foundation. To top it off there are two full RV hookup stations with water, sanitation and electrical, available to use during reconstruction or traveling guests.
