SouthPark covers 498 acres, with 176 acres of residential development and 322 acres in a mixed-use business park. Homes share the broader district with offices, retail, research, and light-industrial uses, so location within SouthPark changes what sits nearby.
Notice which streets connect a home to the residential area and which lead toward the business park when comparing properties. For a broader range of neighborhoods and settings, explore Littleton homes for sale.
The SouthPark Owners Association represents property owners in the business park. Southpark Homeowners Association No. 2 is a separate residential townhouse association with its own declaration, common property, and rules. The shared SouthPark name does not make the two associations interchangeable.
For a home you are considering, use the current listing and association documents to identify the actual HOA, dues, covered maintenance, parking rules, and shared amenities. Do not carry an amenity or obligation from Southpark II to another SouthPark property unless the documents connect that home to the same association.
Kenna Real Estate Group can help you compare SouthPark locations, home types, and the association documents tied to the properties on your favorites list.
