How Our Agents Use One Link to Share Everything With Clients

When you work with The Kenna Group at Keller Williams DTC (formerly Kenna Real Estate Group), your agent sends you one link. That link opens a real estate agent contact page built for your phone. It holds every way to reach your agent, their reviews with the source shown, a payment calculator, and buttons to request a home value, a tour or a pre-approval. You save it once and you never hunt for a phone number again.

Full disclosure: the pages are built on PadLeaders, and PadLeaders is owned by our team leader, Brian Lee Burke. We use it because it is the tool we use to help our clients, and we want you to know that up front.

Call or text 303-955-4220. A live person answers. Not a robot, not a phone tree.

Here is what you get, how to use it, and what to watch for.

Why one link instead of a stack of texts

Buying or selling a home creates a pile of messages. A business card here, an email signature there, a website, a review page, a lender's number. By week three, most people cannot find the one they need.

A single link fixes that. Your agent's Pad Page puts everything in one place, on one screen, in the same order every time. If you forget something, you open the link. If you want to share your agent with a friend, you send the link.

What is on your agent's page

Every Kenna agent's page follows the same layout, so you know where things are.

  • Contact card. Call, text and email buttons first. One tap saves your agent to your contacts with the right name, phone and email.
  • Every channel. Your agent's website, social profiles, brokerage page and review pages, in one list. Pick the one you already use.
  • Reviews with the source. The Google rating shows where it came from, so you can click through and read the reviews yourself. We do not paste in quotes you cannot check.
  • Payment calculator. Plug in a price, down payment and rate to see a rough monthly payment. It is a starting point, not a loan quote. Your lender gives you the real number.
  • Home value request. Thinking about selling? Ask for a home value from the page. Your agent follows up with a pricing report built for your home.
  • Tour requests. See a home you like? Send a tour request from the same page instead of digging for a number.
  • Pre-approval request. Not pre-approved yet? Start that conversation from the page, and your agent helps you get ready before you talk to a lender.
  • Intro video. Many agents add a short video so you know who you are calling before you call.

Add it to your home screen like an app

The page works like an app without the app store. On an iPhone, open the link in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then "Add to Home screen." An icon shows up next to your other apps. Tap it and your agent's page opens.

No download, no account and no password. It takes about ten seconds.

How buyers use it

Most buyers use the link three ways.

  1. Before the first showing. Run a few prices through the payment calculator so you know your comfort zone.
  2. During the search. When a home pops up, send a tour request from the page. Your agent sees it right away.
  3. When you need help fast. Call or text with one tap. You do not need to scroll back through old messages.

How sellers use it

Sellers use the same link, just differently.

  1. Before listing. Request a home value. Your agent prepares a pricing report with the homes you compete against.
  2. While on the market. Keep your agent one tap away for showing feedback and offer questions.
  3. After closing. Keep the link. When a neighbor asks who helped you, send it.

What "verified" means on the page

Some pages show a Trust Verified seal. That means the agent was checked at the source: an active license on the Colorado state lookup, no public disciplinary action, a Google rating of 4.5 or higher with at least 10 Google reviews, and matching name, brokerage, phone and website across the web. It is re-checked every month.

Trust Verified means the agent met the published PadLeaders criteria on the last check date. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of results. You should still interview any agent you hire.

Watch-outs

  • The calculator is an estimate. Taxes, insurance, HOA dues and your actual rate change the number. Get a lender quote before you make an offer.
  • Save the real link. Only save links your agent sent you directly. If something looks off, call our office at 303-955-4220 to confirm.
  • Requests are not contracts. A tour or home value request starts a conversation. Nothing is signed until you sign it.

Quick answers

Is the page free for me to use?

Yes. Buyers and sellers never pay anything to open, save or use their agent's page.

Do I need to download an app?

No. It opens in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen so it works like an app, with no app store.

Does the payment calculator tell me what I qualify for?

No. It shows a rough monthly payment based on the numbers you enter. Only a lender can tell you what you qualify for, which is why the page also has a pre-approval request.

Can I share my agent's link with friends?

Yes. Tap the share button on the page or send the link by text. Your friend sees the same contact card, reviews and tools you do.
