The Canyons homes for sale in Castle Pines are new homes east of I-25, between the Happy Canyon Road and Hess Road interchanges. The city annexed the 3,343-acre area in 2009, and Shea Homes bought 1,270 acres of it in 2015 to build a master plan of about 2,000 single- and multi-family homes from several builders. The group sorts these listings by builder collection and by metro district number.

What sets The Canyons apart?

Open land. Shea plans about a third of its land as parks and open space, laced with 15 miles of trails. City zoning for the whole area keeps 1,280 acres as open space.

Canyon House. The resident clubhouse at 1419 Westbridge Drive holds a restaurant, fitness and movement studios, community rooms and a fire-pit patio, with a seasonal resort-style pool and hot tub nearby. The Exchange coffee house serves the neighborhood.

Builders. Shea Homes sells several collections here, and Tri Pointe Homes built the Solis and Wild Oak collections. Ground work began in August 2018.

Different water. Unlike the west side of the city, The Canyons gets its water from Parker Water and Sanitation District.
