7562 Kearney St Commerce City, CO 80022

Listing details for 7562 Kearney St, Commerce City, CO 80022 : Now THIS is a great find! Good sized home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on a nearly 1/3 acre lot! LOTS of room for all your toys! With a 1 car garage that has a shed built in and the GIANT shed in the back corner... you really won't want for more storage! The home has a ton of potential - come see what you can do with it! The back 2 bedrooms are oversized, and have the newer bathroom between them. The front bedroom (non conforming) is tucked away just before bedroom 2... it just works. The family room is good sized and the kitchen is as well. There is room for improvement, but for a 3 bed/2 bath home with a garage and another outbuilding on a large R-3 zoned (think of the zoning possibilities) lot... this could be very cool for you!
