Pinnacle Recreation Center. The clubhouse at 2160 Fox Haven Drive holds a fitness center, an outdoor pool and a tot splash zone, with trails, sports fields, a sport court and a dog park in the plan. Pool, clubhouse and fitness show up on most MLS amenity lines here.

Builders. Toll Brothers sells single-family homes from 3,367 to 4,821 square feet from its sales center at 5885 Hickory Oaks Trail. Taylor Morrison's Hillside at Crystal Valley has sold out.

The governing bodies. A 2007 development agreement names Crystal Valley Ranch Development Co., Crystal Valley Ranch Master Association and Crystal Valley Metropolitan District No. 1.
