Thays Veiga reads a contract the way a lawyer does, because she was one. She earned her law degree in Recife, Brazil, and spent two years in practice advising clients on transactions, liability and their rights before a deal closed. That habit of reading every line, and explaining it in plain words, is what her buyers and sellers get on every file.

She then spent ten years running her own business in Florida: hiring, payroll, marketing, bookkeeping and the daily decisions that keep a company open. She knows what a monthly payment means to a household budget because she has met one every month for a decade.

Thays moved into real estate in 2024 in Orlando and built her book the hard way, one showing and one open house at a time, and in 2026 she brought that work ethic to Colorado. She lives in downtown Denver and works the whole Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs: condos and lofts downtown, first homes in Aurora and Thornton, move-up homes in Littleton and Parker. She speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish and takes Brazilian and Latin American clients from the first call through closing in their own language.
