9. Indigo Hill

Indigo Hill is a neighborhood of Highlands Ranch in the Southridge area located at the northwest corner of Broadway and Wildcat Ridge Parkway. Adjacent to the Indigo Hill subdivision is the Sundance townhomes situated on the corner of Wildcat Reserve and Broadway, just north of the Tanks Skate Park and just outside the boundary of Indigo Hill.

The Indigo Hill neighborhood of Highlands Ranch is a unique subdivision within Highlands Ranch as it has its own set of HOAs and a private pool and playground. Only a few neighborhoods have these, so the residents of Indigo Hill are lucky to have a semi-private recreation opportunity just for themselves.
